How Raw Organic Honey Can Help Against Candida, Yeast And Other Fungal Infections

A study conducted by the University of Malawi in 2015 showed that raw honey had a 90% success rate when it came to treating fungal infections.

The high sugar content in raw organic honey helps to fight bacteria, while the antiseptic hydrogen peroxide that gives raw organic honey its antibacterial properties also works against fungus. Raw organic honey has anti-fungal properties that work well against Candida albicans, one of the most common types of yeast infection.

Raw organic honey also works well against other fungal infections such as athlete's foot (tinea pedis), jock itch (tinea cruris) and ringworm (tinea corporis). In fact, it has been used since ancient times to treat these types of infections.

How To Use Raw Organic Honey Against Yeast Infections

mixing raw organic honey and yoghurt

Raw organic honey and yoghurt are both antifungal, which means they can help relieve fungal infection symptoms. The probiotic properties in yogurt will also help restore the balance of bacteria.

To make this healing mixture:

Mix a tablespoon of honey with a cupful of plain organic yogurt until it's smooth. The yoghurt must be organic, as non-organic yoghurt contains hormones which can do more harm than good to you.

Apply the mixture directly onto the affected area at night before bedtime for about two weeks (or for as long as it takes for your symptoms to clear up).

When using this treatment method at night before bedtime is also important because it allows enough time for both sides of the body (front and back) where fungi tend grow due their damp environment underneath our clothes throughout day long activity levels during daytime hours (which often causes sweating).

While there isn't much research on how often one should apply this type of remedy, most people say that it's best if you apply it once daily until all symptoms are gone. This can take anywhere from two weeks to two months depending on how severe your infection is and which type of fungus you have contracted.

Only use real honey, not fake honey:

Remember that the honey you use must be real honey. Commercially processed cheap honey such as that found in supermarkets has lost most of its properties. It is no better than sugar in water.

Only use raw organic honey. Raw means the honey is unpasteurised and has not been heat treated. Organic means the honey is independently certified to be free of chemicals and antibiotics harmful to humans.

For the best and fastest results, we recommend using 20+ ACTIVE Raw Organic Coffee Bean Honey From Mexico due to its superior antimicrobial activity which is essential in inhibiting fungal growth.
