Shipping and Returns
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, the six GCC Gulf countries, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia. We are not currently shipping to North America but we plan to do so.
Please contact us if you are in a country that we do not currently ship to but wish to buy our honey. We can invoice you separately.
Delivery is free on all orders of two jars or more to all UK mainland addresses. Delivery outside the UK is at cost at the rates given below.
All orders received before 12pm midday on a working weekday are despatched the same day. Orders received after 12pm midday are despatched the following working day. These timescales are subject to change during busy periods including festivals and public holidays.

We aim to deliver to you at the fastest most cost effective method for you. We use a variety of carriers, including Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, FedEx and others.

Shipping Charges - UK
UK Economy delivery is FREE on all orders of two jars or more to UK mainland addresses.
Faster delivery options are available:
UK Standard (2 working day delivery) begins at £3.95 per order
UK Express (next working day delivery) begins at £4.95 per order
Shipping Charges - Europe
Our delivery charges for orders within Europe are as follows:
Economy Airmail (3-7 day delivery) begins at £6.95 per order
International Tracked (2-4 day delivery) begins at £11.95 per order
Shipping Charges - Outside Europe
Outside Europe we only offer a secure tracked courier service that begins at £14.95 for two jars.
Our postage bands are set at 2, 4, 8 and 12 jars so delivering 9 jars is the same as delivering 12 jars.
We carefully package your honey jars so that you receive them in the best possible state.
Returns Policy - Shop With Confidence
We want you to be fully satisfied with your order.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
We regret that for food safety reasons we cannot accept returns of honey jars that have been opened unless there is a defect in the product or you received the jars damaged.
To initiate a return please click on the Controlport link that you received when your order was despatched. It looks something like this: https://tracking.controlport.co.uk/track/XXXXXXX/XXXXXXXX. Then click on the blue "Return your order" button and follow the instructions to return your item to:

You will receive a returns label to print out and affix to your parcel and given instructions where to return it.
Once we receive your order intact we will refund or exchange your order at no cost to you.
If the reason for your return is that your order was received damaged or defective or you received the wrong item, no charge applies and we will also refund your return postage.
If your order is being returned because you changed your mind and not because there was a defect in the product, the following restocking charges will apply:
1 jar £2.95
2-4 jars £4.95
4 jars or more £1.50 per jar
Restocking charges are levied to us by our warehouse provider and we have no control over them.
